Daniel Lee Polachek joined the firm as a staff accountant in 2007. He is a graduate of Norwich University of Northfield, Vermont, receiving a B.A. in Business Administration: majoring in Management and Accounting. Daniel completed his MBA at Norwich University in June of 2009. Since joining the firm he has completed advanced training in taxation, accounting and marketing. He is a member of the National Association Of Tax Practicioners (NATP).

Tracey Polachek is the office manager. She is responsible for keeping the practice focused on clients with scheduling, organization and customer service. She brings extensive business experience to the practice.
Tracey holds a B.S. in Home Economics from Albion College, Albion, Michigan. She was a Registered Jeweler, working in her family's jewelry business for 18 years.
